The rules for using MB Store AI.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MB Store AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account and the staff accounts you create. Keep your password secret and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MB Store AI for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the platform's security.
- Resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Upload content that infringes another person's rights.
4. Subscriptions and billing
MB Store AI offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro / Business). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paystack; you authorise us (via Paystack) to charge your selected payment method on each billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Plan limits
Each plan includes a quota (products, monthly sales, staff accounts, and features). Exceeding your quota requires an upgrade. We may adjust plan features and pricing with prior notice.
6. Platform availability
We work hard to keep MB Store AI fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by downtime, network issues, or third- party services outside our control.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or abuse. You may close your account at any time from settings or by contacting support.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you store in MB Store AI. You grant us a limited licence to process and display it solely to provide the service to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Store AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of MB Store AIafter a change means you accept the updated Terms.
