1. Overview
MB Store AI ("we", "our", "us") provides software for small and medium businesses to manage inventory, sales, invoices, and staff. This policy explains what information we collect when you use MB Store AI, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Accounts
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and location. We use this information to authenticate you, provide the service, and contact you about important account or billing events. Staff accounts you invite are stored under your business.
3. Business data you upload
Products, customers, sales, invoices and other content you create remain your data. Each business is logically isolated, and access is controlled by row-level security. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support@mbstoreai.com.
4. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store full card details on our servers; Paystack handles card data under PCI-DSS compliance. We receive only the information required to confirm your subscription (such as plan, status, and a transaction reference).
5. Analytics
We collect basic usage analytics — for example, which features are used and aggregated error reports — to improve the product. These analytics do not include your customers' personal details.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme preference, and enable offline functionality. You can clear this data through your browser at any time.
7. Data storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We restrict internal access to authorised personnel, log administrative actions, and run regular security checks.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information with vendors who help us operate MB Store AI (such as our hosting provider and Paystack), and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with the law.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@mbstoreai.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continuing to use MB Store AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
