Quick troubleshooting

Can't sign in?

Reset your password from the login page. If your email is not recognised, sign up to create a new store.

Payment not confirming?

Refresh the billing page after a few seconds. Paystack confirmations usually arrive within a minute.

Stock looks wrong?

Check Inventory → History to see all movements. Each sale, restock and adjustment is logged.

Receipt won't print?

Use the Download PDF option as a fallback. Most browsers can print directly from the receipt preview.

Staff can't log in?

Confirm you've invited them on a paid plan and that their email matches the one in Staff settings.

How do I receive payments?

Your customers pay through Paystack at checkout. Funds settle directly to your bank account. Go to Settings → Payouts to verify your Paystack account.

When does Paystack settle my funds?

Paystack typically settles within T+1 business days. Settlement only begins after your Paystack subaccount is verified. Track this in Settings → Payouts.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan. Complete payment via Paystack. Your limits increase immediately after confirmation.
